Customer - large retail chain - requested specific PINs for all their stores for easy tracking on conference calls. I have been emailed a list with the stores & corresponding store numbers. They want the store number to be part of the PIN.
This can easily be setup. If fact, we can add a customer access number and prompt for you at no additional charge. If you would like, we can print custom cards for your individual store(s)/location(s).

Customer called in to ask about our dial in play back feature. We covered the set up, organization of the conferences, play back controls, & charges. We also, covered the downloading of a recording. She was very pleased to know that everything is available to her from her online account.
Once you have recorded a conference, you have the option to access it via dial in playback or by downloading it straight to your computer.
For Dial in Playback:
-Call customer service to make sure it is active your conference
-Dial into the same access number for the conference
-When it asks for your conference code, put a * in front of the code that you used to access the conference
-By default, the last 5 recordings will be accessible to your participants by date. They may choose the one they can listen to.
-You may control which recordings participants have access to via our customer admin site.
To Download a Recording:
-Log into the customer admin site.
-Put your cursor on “Conference Manager” and click on “View Conference List”.
-Select the conference that you want to download a recording from by clicking on the name of the conference.
-Scroll down until you see the Conference History
-Find the recording you wish to download by looking at the date of the conference.
-Right click on the “Recording” link, select “Save Target As” and start downloading it to your computer.

Customer called in to go over our out dial feature. I explained the procedure & everything turned out fine. She was having a hard time reading the instructions from our website & could not complete her out dial.
Follow these instructions to outdial to your participants in a conference call:
-Dial into your conference as a moderator
-Press *1 to open a separate line
-Dial the telephone number of the person you wish to place in your conference followed by the # key.
-When the person answers, press *2 to bring you and the new participant into the conference.
-If the desired participant does not answer their phone or you get their voicemail, press *3 to bring yourself back into the conference without the new participant.

I assisted a customer with adding & deleting users. I walked her through her online account to help her get familiar with what the online account has to offer. She was glad that this option of deleting & adding users was provided to the customer.
Adding Permission Based Users is easy
Removing them is also simple. On your Account Screen click on the email address of the contact you wish to remove. Click “Edit”. Change their status to User Status to “Deleted”.

Customer called in to activate two of his one time use conference lines for dial in play back. I explained the charges for dial in play back on his account.
You can allow playback on your recorded conferences by selecting “Allow Conference Dialin Playback” on the conference detail screen.
Participants can either press “#” and then their participant code to listen to a recorded call, or you can setup a Playback Participant conference code which will automatically join them to a recorded call when they dial in.
